11cc Terms and Conditions – Read Before Using the Platform

Welcome to 11cc. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") fully govern access to and use of the platform available at 11cc.click, including the website, mobile app for Android and iOS, and all associated services — Sports Betting, online casino, promotions, and customer support.

By creating an account, accessing the platform or carrying out any financial transaction on 11cc, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of it, you should not use the platform's services.

For the purposes of this document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

• "Platform" or "11cc": the full suite of services available at 11cc.click, including the website, mobile app, and associated systems.
• "User" or "you": any individual, aged 18 or older, residing in Brazil, who creates and uses an account on the platform.
• "Account": the individual profile created by the user upon registration, linked to a unique CPF and email address.
• "Real Balance": funds deposited by the user via Pix, bank slip, credit card, Mercado Pago, PicPay, or TED, available for betting and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Balance": credits granted by 11cc in promotions, subject to specific rollover conditions before they can be withdrawn.
• "Rollover": the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be wagered on eligible markets before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Odds": multiplier coefficients that determine the potential return on a bet, expressed in decimal format (e.g., 1.85).
• "Cash Out": a feature that allows the user to close a bet before the final result, at a value determined by the system in real time.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer): identity verification process required before withdrawals above established limits, in accordance with applicable regulations.

To create an account and use the services of 11cc, you must meet all of the following criteria at the same time:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of the national territory and hold Valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Provide a valid email address, in your name, not already in use on another account on the platform;
• Not appear on any voluntary sports betting self-exclusion list in Brazil;
• Not be an employee, service provider, partner, or immediate family member of an employee of 11cc or its partners and suppliers.

Only one account is permitted one account per CPF, per email address, and per device. Creating multiple accounts with the intent of accumulating bonuses or circumventing restrictions is considered fraud and will result in the cancellation of all accounts involved, with retention of any amounts used in bonuses.

By completing the registration form, you agree to provide only truthful, accurate and complete information. 11cc 11cc reserves the right to request verification of any information provided at any time, especially before processing withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — confidential, and for all activity carried out on your account, whether by you or by any third party who gains unauthorized access.

If you suspect unauthorized access, a compromised password, or any unusual activity on your account, you must immediately notify 11cc support at 11cc via live chat or by emailing suporte@11cc.click. The platform may temporarily suspend the account for investigation and to protect the user.

• Never share your password with anyone, including family members;
• Do not use your account on public Wi-Fi networks without an active VPN;
• Enable two-factor authentication whenever available;
• Access the platform only from personal, trusted devices;
• Regularly check your betting and transaction history to spot any unrecognized activity.

The 11cc never asks for your password via email, chat or any other channel. Any message requesting your password or full banking details should be treated as a fraud attempt and reported to support immediately.

The 11cc accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all exclusively in BRL:

• Pix: instant deposits and withdrawals, available 24 hours a day. The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. The minimum withdrawal via Pix is R$ 30.00. Average processing time: up to 15 minutes;
• Bank slip: for deposits only. Settlement within up to 2 business days after payment. Available at any bank, lottery outlet or banking app;
• Credit and debit card: Visa and Mastercard accepted. Debit is processed instantly. Credit may be split into up to 6 installments, subject to the card issuer's conditions;
• Mercado Pago: using account balance or a linked card. Processed instantly with authentication through the app;
• PicPay: instant transfer using account balance or linked card;
• Bank wire transfer: transfer to an account registered with Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Santander or any other institution with an active Pix key or checking account.

All withdrawals are processed exclusively to accounts held by the registered user, with a CPF matching the one on file at 11cc. Transfers to third-party accounts are not accepted under any circumstances.

The 11cc reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and request additional documentation in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or violation of these Terms. Withdrawals funded exclusively by non-rolled-over bonus balance are not permitted.

The 11cc offers a welcome bonus and periodic promotions to registered users. Each bonus has its own specific conditions, published on the promotion page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus only once, on the account's first deposit;
• Bonus balance is credited separately from real balance and appears as "Bonus" in your account statement;
• The standard rollover for Sports Betting bonuses at 11cc is 5x the deposit amount plus the bonus amount;
• Bets eligible for rollover must have minimum odds of 1,60 by single or combined selection;
• Live bets count 100% toward the rollover, under the same odds conditions as pre-match bets;
• Cancelled, void, or cashed-out bets do not count toward the rollover;
• The maximum time allowed to complete the rollover on any bonus is 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Bonus balance not rolled over within the deadline is automatically cancelled;
• The 11cc reserves the right to cancel bonuses granted in error or obtained through means that violate these Terms.

Participating in multiple promotions at the same time may be subject to restrictions. If two active bonuses conflict, the support team at 11cc should be contacted for guidance.

Sports Betting at 11cc cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana and international leagues), MMA and UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), tennis, e-sports and all other sports available on the platform. Sport-specific rules can be found in the platform's help section.

General betting rules:

• A confirmed bet is binding and cannot be unilaterally cancelled by the user, unless the cash out feature is available;
• Bet results are settled based on the official sources of each competition and the sport-specific rules. In the event of a discrepancy, the decision of 11cc is final, subject to the published rules;
• Bets on permanently cancelled events are settled as void and the staked amount is returned in full to the real balance;
• If an event is suspended and resumed within 48 hours, bets remain valid. After that period, they are considered void;
• In the event of an obvious odds error (odds that are manifestly incorrect and significantly out of line with the market), the 11cc reserves the right to cancel affected bets — even after settlement — with a full refund of the staked amount;
• The minimum bet per event is R$ 1.00. Maximum limits vary by sport and market and are displayed before each bet is confirmed;
• Parlay bets may include up to 12 selections. All selections must be correct for the full payout to be credited.

Cash Out: Cash out lets you settle a bet before the final result. The offered amount is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be lower or higher than your original stake. Cash out may be temporarily unavailable during critical moments of an event. The decision to cash out is irreversible — once confirmed, the amount is credited to your real balance and the bet is permanently closed.

The online casino at 11cc offers more than 3,500 games, including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games and live casino with Portuguese-speaking dealers. All games are provided by certified partners and have independently audited RTP (Return to Player) rates.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). 11cc 11cc does not interfere with results;
• The RTP for each game is available in that game's information section. The average RTP for slots on the platform is above 95%;
• Progressive jackpots accumulate in BRL and are paid in full to the winner as real balance in their account;
• Crash games run on publicly verifiable hash algorithms. Users can verify the fairness of each round by accessing the results history on the platform;
• Minimum and maximum bets per round vary by game and are available in each title's settings;
• If a technical failure occurs during a casino round, the full amount wagered is refunded to the real balance.

The 11cc uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all transactions and communications on the platform. Your personal and financial data is stored on secure servers with restricted access and continuous monitoring.

The processing of personal data follows our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). You have the right to request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

Prohibited conduct constituting fraud at 11cc:

• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses;
• Use of bots, automated software, or any artificial means to place bets;
• Coordinated bets across separate accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome ("abusive arbitrage");
• Use of third-party identity data;
• Systematically attempting to exploit odds errors;
• Any form of money laundering or financial activity unrelated to betting.

The 11cc cooperates with competent Brazilian authorities in investigations related to financial fraud, money laundering, and other illicit activities detected on the platform.

The 11cc believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of problems. That's why we provide tools to help each user stay in control of their gaming behavior.

Tools available to all users:

• Deposit limit: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once lowered, the new limit takes effect immediately. To increase the limit, a 7-day reflection period applies;
• Bet limit: set a maximum stake per bet or per session;
• Gaming break: temporarily suspend account access for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the pause, no bets or deposits are possible;
• Self-Exclusion: permanently close access to your account for a minimum of 6 months, 1 year or indefinitely. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period has elapsed;
• Full history: access the full history of all bets, deposits and withdrawals to keep track of your gaming patterns.

At the user's request: you can request account closure at any time by contacting 11cc. Prior to closure, any available real balance will be returned via Pix or another available withdrawal method, provided KYC verification is complete and there are no open bets or ongoing investigations.

At 11cc's discretion: the platform may close or suspend accounts in the following cases, without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Providing false information during registration;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illicit activity;
• Use of multiple accounts;
• Abusive behavior toward support agents;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.

In closure cases involving violations, balances obtained through the identified irregular conduct may be withheld. Real deposit balances not involved in any irregular conduct will be returned once the internal investigation is complete.

The 11cc strives to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with an average uptime of 99.8%. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.

The 11cc is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user;
• User internet connection failures during live betting;
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's failure to protect their credentials;
• Withdrawal delays caused by restrictions from the user's bank;
• Outcomes of sporting events or casino games.

The total liability of 11cc under any circumstances is limited to the actual balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

The 11cc may periodically review and update these Terms to reflect regulatory, product, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated with at least 15 days' notice by registered email and through a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.

The current version of these Terms is always the one available on the 11cc.click/terms-conditions. Previous versions may be requested from support for reference purposes.

For formal complaints not resolved by first-level support, you may request escalation to the account management team, which has 5 business days to provide a final response.
